What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Act as the single point of contact for assigned wedding clients. Manage all client communications, updates, and follow-ups. Meet clients at event venues, residences, or our office. Conceptualize and design luxury mood boards and décor concepts using designing tools like Photoshop/AutoCad, etc. Prepare budgets and event plans using Google Sheets. Coordinate with the on-ground team on event days for seamless execution. Manage logistics and guest coordination (as per the client’s package).

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in full wedding planning (proof of employment/recommendation required) or a B.Arch Degree Holder Must be a resident of Bangalore. Must own a laptop and a two-wheeler for client and venue visits. Fluent in English and Hindi (regional languages are a bonus).

Excellent skills in:

Design tools like Adobe Photoshop, AutoCad, etc. PowerPoint / Google Slides Excel / Google Sheets

⚠️ Important

This role may require occasional travel and late-night coordination during events. Please apply only if you and your family are comfortable with these requirements.

💰 Compensation

Probation (3 months): ₹20,000/month (negotiable based on experience) Post Probation: ₹40,000/month (fixed pay) Full-time role with a flexible work-from-home setup (but Bangalore-based presence required). Selected candidates will sign a Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
