Terms and Conditions

• Please make note of the Setup remove time mentioned in the Event Flow Table of the proposal that has been shared with you. The quotation is shared based on these timelines and any major changes in these timings will attract additional costing as our expenses on labor and Production Equipment Rentals go up proportionately.
• The quotations are based upon the service assumptions learnt during our one on one interaction and is valid for a period of 10 days since issue. First advance as per the payment term is to be paid to block the quoted rates. 
• The quotation document does not guarantee the availability of Dreamstrokes or any of its vendor partners for the dates. Booking is done on First come First serve basis. Dreamstrokes discusses the wedding planning proposal with multiple clients at the same time of which some dates might conflict among multiple clients. The dates are blocked only once the booking amount is paid as per the booking term. 
• Additional expenses (not included in the estimate) will be billed on actuals and has to be paid on real time failing which the service will not be provided.

• In case of the event having to be cancelled due to any GOVT guidelines (similar to COVID)
  
  • All the advance amount received will be carried forward as a token advance for the rescheduled date
  • If the event is permanently cancelled or would be held in a city other than the original planned city, a cancellation fee of Rs. 30,000 + GST will be applicable
• In all other cases of cancellation
  
  • 100% of the proposed fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled within 10 days (including the first event date) of the event 
  • 70% of the proposed fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled between 11 days to 30 days before the event
  • In all other cases, 25% of the proposed fee will be charged as cancellation fee
